Peace Now
Mixed feeling have come over everybody (happiness, fear, victory, sadness while watching the destructed beautiful country and deceased civilians, … )
The real victory for me is that the misery is over.
The Lebanese resistance has made us all proud after our governments have failed to be up to our expectations.
My prayers for peace as I know that Lebanon will be rebuilt again as long as the people have the spirit, faith and resistance. (God bless the martyrs).

I'm really happy too for Lebanon, but still angry and sad. So much ruin and disgrace and to think we were just watching, doing NOTHING!
Nice blog :)

Hi Mystery,
Many thanks for your comment, but I don't agree that there is nothing we can do...may be little, but not nothing.
The protests and demonstrations were something, participation (donation) is something, writing about what is going on, trying to express our point of view to the world is something.
May be our homes were far from them to reach but our hearts are there for that reason.
What do u think ?

Hi.
I'm very glad that the things are getting to their normality... Unfortunately, I would like to be more optimistic and think that the peace came to this place to stay... but I'm not sure if it will be like that. Dreams are possible but it is in the hands of men to make it true. I hope that my prays can do something about it... at least, to give confidence to the ones that will rebuild a nation... the distance reserves me a little more than that.

Hi Emlino,
Thank you and be sure that our prayers are needed .
it's just to show that we do care and we are willing to do whatever it takes to help. There are many bonds between us ..not only religion, land or blood ... it's much bigger than that... HUMANITY.

Salateenoo,
You said "well....i don’t think the war is over yet", that's why fear was among the feelings that I mentioned in the beginning of my post. Although I do think that the war is over for now... in my humble opinion or let me say impression as that Zionists tend to attack weaker forces, history affirms that. Hezbollah really took them by surprise, another factor is the unity of the government, people as well as Hezbollah under the name of the resistance. Israel was losing and that's why they stopped.
Please keep praying.
